Sigtech Wireless Technology was formed in the year 2009 as digital PMR solution providers. Headquartered in Technopark, Kerala, India, Sigtech Wireless Technologies Pvt Limited emphasizes on delivering radio solutions to meet the communication needs of a variety of industries including public safety agencies, government services, utilities and urban transport providers. Our expertise is spread across Asia (Korea, China and India) and Europe.
As experts in TETRA/DMR systems, Sigtech Wireless Technologies provide total solution for various wireless products for OEM and other players in the Industry who wish to develop or deploy their Systems. We also work with the Industry to develop customized application designed to support their business model. We have developed a highly skilled team with expertise in Protocol Stack Development, Digital Signal Processing Embedded systems, networking, embedded programming, security etc.

Management

Padmakumar P, Managing Director Padmakumar P is one of the founder directors of Sigtech Wireless Technologies and currently holds the post of Managing Director. He has more than 17 years of experience in design and development of GSM, TETRA and IP networking software and is an expert in ETSI standards. He has successfully managed the development of TETRA protocol stack and has played a major role in deploying TETRA mobiles. Padmakumar began his career as a software engineer in CDAC,

which is an R & D organization under Government of India. In CDAC, Padmakumar managed a team responsible for developing TETRA protocol stack and TETRA firmware solutions. Later he joined SRT, India (a subsidiary of SRT Plc., UK) as Project Manager. In SRT, he managed a team of engineers for the development of Security and Packet data features for TETRA mobile. Subsequently, Padmakumar launched the development of DMR software in Sigtech and he is now leading a team of R&D engineers servicing global clients in this area. Padmakumar has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Cochin University and an MBA from Kerala University.

Wins Thomas, Director Wins Thomas holds the position of director of Sigtech. He has more than 18 years of experience in the design and development of wireless protocols like TETRA,DMR,LTE and handling embedded projects. He started his career with CDAC and was involved in protocol stack development of TETRA. Later, he joined Larsen and Toubro Infotech where he led development projects for major clients like Samsung,Qualcomm,SK Telecom,Cisco etc.

Currently, he is heading the DMR and LTE project development activities for Sigtech. Wins is actively involved in planning the growth strategy of Sigtech and provides key inputs for our business initiatives . He has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Cochin University.

Hyungki Min, Director Hyungki Min is one of the founder directors of Sigtech. He has more that 17 years of experience in R&D, mobile production life cycle and marketing. He started his career in LG as an R&D engineer where he gained valuable experience in design, testing, production and deployment of CDMA/GSM radios. He later joined SRT and has handled various responsibilities as production manager, customer support manager and marketing manager for Korea and China. During his tenure in SRT he

has successfully managed setting up a production assembly line for TETRA radios by managing SMT runs, purchasing components and initiating production reviews and design changes. He has also managed a customer support team responsible for conducting IOP sessions, Field Trails and other certifications. As the customer support manager he successfully deployed TETRA mobiles in South Africa, Botswana, China, Europe and Korea and has worked with all major system providers like Motorola, EADS, Teltronix, Rohill and R&S. He also assisted customers with technical support in production design and mechanical assembly. Hyungki was also responsible for the marketing efforts of SRT in China and Korea for its TETRA and Marine products. Hyungki is currently Director for Marketing and Production in Sigtech.
